TU re inseted a deleted negative.. help please

I have had an inaccurate 90 days delinqu removed last month from my TU report, I updated my report today and I was shocked to see it there again! I have not been informed witing 5 days that they will reinsert it. what should I do now?

Was it removed due to a dispute?

If it was-

When was the last time you updated? If it's been a while, I'd keep a copy of this report and then wait 5 days(they could have just added today or yesterday-never know). After time is up then I'd send TU a letter.

I have updated my report yesterday and It was not there. they must have added it back today.. I am afraid they will reinsert all of the deleted collections. that will be a disaster

I'd wait to see if you get a letter. I hear they never send letters.

They only have to notify you if the item was removed due to a dispute.

And what are the repercussions to CRA if they don't notify you when it was reinserted after deleted from a dispute

I have the same situation with EQ. They reinserted a diputed DEL. 5 days are up and I have no notification so I am mailing out my reinsertion letter with a copy of the del rpt later this weekend and see what happens.
