TU thinks I'm someone else, and me at the same time

TU has merged my CR with somebody elses.  What exactly do I need to do to get rid of the other guy?  I've already disputed the accounts, am just waiting for results.  Assuming they don't fix it though, what do I do?  His SS# is only off of mine by one number (he has student loans, acct# is SS#), and he has the same first name, and his middle initial is the same as my last initial.  Any suggestions?

Sorta sounds like that guy is writing his SSN down wrong IMHO,so I hope it does not continue.

I would call TU as a start.
