I got a letter from TransUnion saying that verification documents are not available. What does that mean I sent copies of my receipt, GC, letters that I wrote to the CA to verify and then the letter that they failed to after 30 days and this is the response I get from TransUnion. What the heck do I do know?
I did DV the CA. I used a letter of course from the forum telling them I ordered my CR and fund an account that wasn't mine. I asked them to send 4 things: 1.) Contract of said account with my original signature 2.) Complete billing and payment history 3.) Copies of all certified letters sent to my address 4.) Notarized statement that they are authorized to collect the debt and by who and I gave them 30 days to do so. They never did so I copied this letter, GC, white receipt, no response dv letter. My letter to the CRA explained how I contacted the CA asking them to validate and they failed to and this account must be deleted because they are in violation of the FDCPA. This has been going on since January 18 of this year. I think it should have been off by now.
OK dispute the account with all CRAs that are reporting! IF the verify send a MOV and
Send a letter to the CA telling them that they are in violation and that If it isn't deleted from the CRAs within 5 days that you will turn it over to your attorney to file suit on ALL of their violations.
So my results are in for TU and EX and they say the account remains. HappyDays I know you said sent a MOV letter. Do you happen to have or anyone have a sample letter that I may see. Thank you
