Thanks for posting this, it was a very interesting read.

Earlier this week, I sent a pre-suit demand letter to a CA and fully intend to file in small claims if they do not accept my settlement offer.  Reading this experience was so helpful for an idea of what to expect, so thanks againf or sharing.

I hope it works out for you and can't wait to hear an update!

No news yet. Apparently this courthouse is closing and their sending everything to the larger court.

They didn't even put the notes up on the site.

I am chomping at the bit.
