I don't believe either one of these things reports to the CRB's. Neither one is a PR. Maybe someone else well say differently.

The only consideration I have on this matter is what happens if the IRS turns a tax collection matter over to an outside agency. Does the outside agency: 1) put a collection account on your CBR's -and- 2) if they do how is the matter of the payment reported?
