Hi, i's me again. I have the next problem. Maybe somebody has the answer. Like I wrote in an other message has my mortgage company our mortgage in our CR erased. I'm working with a new lender and thy want to have a payment history. I call my mortgage company. They don't want to give me an information, because I'm in bankruptcy. I have to authorized the Lender to get in contact with them. I did. The lender the called twice, they want to send them a fax and after 3 days they denied. Reason: Because we are in BK. Like I wrote before - Our Mortgage is in a hardship and we pay it out of the bankruptcy. I have no problem to copy all my payments, but this service sucks. First of all they erased the info in CR - it maybe cost Score point - Than they wast my time.
