So Last year I decided it was time to rebuild and sastain my credit scores. I have worked very hard to make sure that i got all of my bad marks off my report and slowly get some new accounts.
My Current Situation
Income: 49k Mine only (70K with wife)
Car loan: 2900 left on wifes car in my name
Morgatage: $0 paid cash for property and mobile home.
CC debt: $200 across 3 cards with $3300 total line
Other debt: none
Bascially I feel like I am in great shape for a 27yo with a wife and child. I just want to make the score better without actually going into very much debt. I know that sounds insane, however i dont like to owe. I just want to have it there if I need it.

Nope, that doesn't sound insane. That sounds like a very solid credit philosophy and you have that in common with most long time MyFico members.
Very, very nice work. Now FICO will tell you that you need to have a mortgage or other installment loans for the best score, but don't worry about that. The benefits of paying cash outweigh whatever few points you get from loans.
Now that you've got your baddies taken care of, only think you really need is to garden those cards, get some CLIs, and keep your util low, which it sounds as if you want to do anyhow. Congrats.

I agree, it's not insane at all. Many of us are looking to do the same.
