They report monthly but.............

I have a credit card that claims to report monthly to all 3 credit bureaus but I have noticed that they have not reported since 11/03/08. How bad is this effecting my credit?

My balance has decreased significantly (by 1255.xx)

Which CCC? Which CRA(s) have they not been reporting to?

It's UltraVx issued by MetaBank. They show up on all three of the bureaus but have not updated since 11/03/08.

Again they claim that they report monthly.

are there laws requiring credit card companies to report?  wasn't Capital One forced to start reporting limits?  Was that because a law was passed, or was Capital One just pressured to do it via other means?

No, I believe, it is up to the creditor. CJ comes to mind. I think CapOne reported limits after many complained.
