So last week I was trying to update my Equifax CR and I get an Error Screen saying that the system is temporarily not responding. Log in and try again later... I do and get the same Error Message. So I call in to see if the problem can be resolved. The CSR takes a minute or two then says to me that I will not be able to update my CR until some of the soft inquiries fall off. I asked why, and she replied that there are to many soft inquiries and this is all she can tell me. So I press on to ask why it was never mentioned that I could possibly update to many times and be barred from further requests. She just continued to say that there are to many soft inquiries, and there's nothibg she can do... So I canceled my SW and 3 in1 Gold monitoring services. And I have no problems with the TC updates so I continue to update from there every day as well.
UNTIL TODAY! I get up this morning have my coffee and sit down with my Laptop, exceited to see another change to my CRs... I have 3 PFDs that should be updating any minute. And what happens? I get an Error message that says I need to contact Customer Service for assistance. I did and the CSR could not figure out what the problem is. And she had to refer the Error to IT and I should try to update on Monday or Tuesday.
Does it sound like I may have split my files? I have been updating daily from TC and EQ since the middle of Feb. But I have heard of others updating for over a year. ???!!!
Anyone ever had the same issue?
