To dispute or not to dispute that is the question

I have about 33 positive accounts however 10 are inactive (never to be used again) and 6 are open soon to become inactive, 4 are open with small balances. So... my question is are these inactive accounts hurting my score? Should I dispute some of them and get them closed? If so, do I dispute the old ones or newer ones? They range from dates 1997-2006.

Are there ANY baddies on these accounts? 30/60day lates etc?

If these accounts are all in good standing and you don't have any baddies then you would never want to close a good account because you will affect your overall length of credit history and this could drop your score.
