Tracking Soft Pulls?

How do folks track or get alerted to soft pulls without purchasing credit reports from each CRA?  On My Privacy Matters through this site I get the all in one credit reports but the inquiries listed all look like HP only.  How do you know when someone pulls a soft inquiry?

The only way to see them are straight from TU,EX,EQ

 

As for how you know when..... there dated by day of pull

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
