Hi All:
Every time I have attempted to purchase my Trans Union credit score, an error has occurred. I have emailed technical support to see what the issue is. Has anyone else had this problem?

If you don't complete this order, this pre-authorization will be removed by your bank after a few days.
If you are seeing this message for the second time, please click Contact Us and type "Error 730" in your Email. You can also reach us by telephone at 1-800-319-4433 Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 6:00PM or Saturday 7:00AM - 4:00PM PST.Let the customer service agent know that you are receiving Error 730 so he/she can investigate the problem.

Apparently there was a problem on TU's end accepting your street address as shown on your myFICO account. We've made a minor adjustment in the formatting of it and I would suggest trying your order again. Then let us know if you were or weren't succesfull.

No. You haven't been charged for TU yet and won't be until you actually receive your report and score.
