Every time I have attempted to purchase my Trans Union credit score, an error has occurred. I have emailed technical support to see what the issue is. Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks!
I think is stinks that I have to pay to get an updated fico score. I spent enough money to buy MyFico and don't feel I need to spend more just to update. I've been out of work for over 9 months and every penny counts. I've gone through most of my savings and have little left.
Hi Barry:
In reviewing my credit card statment, I was indeed charged twice for the item I purchased (see the thread to see what I am talking about). What do I need to do in order to be credited money back for the first purchase that did not work?
Thank you.
Hi sleepyhead1989,
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the myFICO billing info at the moment, so I'm not going to be able to help you. Have you tried contacting myFICO Customer Care? They should be able to help. If not, or if you get help but you're still not satisfied, let me know. Good luck!

Hi Barry
Regarding TU, I just received my free credit report from them with two rather major discrepancies on the report. I tried going through this website to dispute these on line but keep getting redirected to order my TU report (which I already have in hand). Is there any way to just file a dispute on line with them without paying for another identical and incorrect report?
BTW -- I have the same problem with Equifax -- except only one of the disputed items is still showing on Equifax.
Thanks for any help

You can't dispute on this site if you got the report via other means.
If you got your free one from annualcreditreport.com, your reports are good for 30 days. You should be able to go to TU via that site and file your dispute.
Or go to TU directly and put the report number in and dispute that way.
