Does anyone know which banks tend to pull from trans union only in Virginia?

That's a very broad question, however you can do a Google search for "credit pulls database" and follow the link.  There is some good information there about who pulls what and they've even got a basic search tool.  Search is your friend here as well.

We don't maintain such lists.  Don't rely on a single CRA.  If your reports with other CRA's are in bad shape then get to work on them.  A creditor can perform multiple pulls -- especially for those who are borderline.
