ARGH.
Trying to freeze the TU file... After all, I'm trying to garden, right? Might as well freeze the files, so I have to take extra steps before falling off the wagon...

- Can't do it on the phone.
- One rep mistyped my social six times and started talking about adding a fraud alert (Nope, please close my file and don't touch it. I'll call back. No I wasn't on a cell. Yes she could hear me fine.)
- Finally someone identifies the problem - "Mr. Dogbert, you have multiple files. Your middle name is missing on one."
Lovely.
Three transfers, getting hung up on, and finally ending up in the US call center to a lovely person who was very helpful, I _THINK_ its on the way to being fixed. We'll see in 5 days.
