On February 23, 2009, I mailed a dispute letter to TransUnion. They are reporting something incorrect on my credit report. It has been over one month, and I haven't heard anything from them. What do I do at this point?

Per the FCRA, the CRA has 30-45 days to investigate. If info comes in at or near day 30, the CRA is allowed to extend it to 45 days. The clock starts ticking based on the date the dispute was received. You can see that info on the green card from when they signed for your letter if sent CMRRR.
