Transferring Amex membership points

is there any airline club account that membership  points can be transferred to save it instead of having on the Amex acct?

also what happens if someone gets hit with a AR they can freeze the points?

There's a ton of airline partners you can transfer MRs to. Do know that you cannot send it back to get MRs, and you'll be stuck with miles.

Each airline has different policies on whether their miles will expire as well, so look into that.

The only thing I will add, as you will see there is a minimum for the transfers, usually 1000 MRs.
