I was wondering if anyone knew what this meant? I can't seem to log into my Transunion account online. Help!

Same here. Happened a few weeks ago. I can log in on the site however
It sounds like they had trouble validating your identity when they asked questions from your file such as old street addresses, what company you had an old auto loan from 1990 with, how much was an auto payment etc.
Since you did not pass the online screening you need to call in and they'll ask you different questions or text a code to a number on your file etc. Once they verify you, they'll flag the step complete and you'll be able to log in.

It's not even letting me log on online, it keeps taking me to the page to enter a payment method for the monthly subscription and when I enter a payment method it doesn't want to take it says enter "gift certification" or something like that. Also doesn't let me freeze online either without having to call

@Anonymous must be something going on. I'm locked out of EX and EQ, just happened as of last week.
