When you retrieve a free Transunion credit report from annualcreditreport.com, does anybody know if it lets you see free updates of the report for the next 60 days? Or just that one day you pull it?
I think Equifax lets you get free updates for 60 days and Experian for 90 days, but I'm not sure.

You would only get information on the date you retrieve the report. If you suspect inaccurate info TU will allow you to obtain more reports for free. I've had at least 6 within a 3 month period.
With EQ and EX, as long as you have your confirmation number(EQ) and report number(EX) you can see fresh data daily.

Are you sure you can see fresh data daily with EQ and EX? That doesn't match my experience. With EX it showed fresh data for 90 days and then the report # stopped working. With EQ you could pull the report for 60 days. But now that I think about it I think you were only getting fresh data on the first day you pulled the EQ report.
Also, in regards to the Transunion report....will it refresh the data throughout the day you pull the free report? Will it let you keep pulling it for multiple times throughout the day for free? Like if you pull in the early afternoon and then pull it at night the same day, could it have different data at night?
Thanks
Multiple pulls are a quirk in the system. Try not to abuse it or you will be locked out.
You get fresh data from EQ and EX daily with the confirmation and report number. You will see today's date or whatever date you pull the reports.I glance my reports everyday to check to see if my new accounts been added. There are no affects for looking at your own reports.
For EQ you can click on start new investigation, and not submit anything. You will see today's reports.

Only TU will lock you out after viewing your report 3 times when you select submit investigation. After that, you can request another one for free if you still suspect incorrect data.

When ever dispute information, EQ will give you a new confirmation number to check your reports. EX will mail you your results, sometimes they even send you a new report number. I received a new report number last week.. I'm holding on to it to use when my report number I recevied back in April no longer work. Today its still working. I use it so much, I rememeber it like it know my SSN.
it won't let me see my TU because it can't authenticate me. It's asking me for the numbers to old revolving accounts for which I no longer have the numbers
so I'm trying to figure out what to do. I see the numbers on my old EQ report but that leaves off the last 4 digits, how am I supposed to find the full 16 digits from an old credit card?
I wonder if entering 12 out of 16 digits would work. Would you get locked out of the account for 1 wrong answer?
