If you backdoor EX too many times too close together you definitely will be locked out. It happened to me. If you wait "a while" after a lockout - and I have no idea how long is enough - you can resume. I find that if I hold it to once per month it will work fine and you can probably get away with a second pull for an emergency. This definitely needs not to be abused!

I'm not abusing or backdooring to get a credit report.  I'm simply using the 90 day file number provided by EX.  EQ has 30 days time limit, but each time you file a dispute you get a confirmation number that can be used to access the credit report.

I am not in the market to save the CRA's a dollar.  Now that I have nothing else to dispute, I won't be getting any new  file and confirmation numbers.  The ones I have will eventually expire.  The CRA's knows that, and they aren't losing money.

In regards to EX, you don't have to dispute to the see the credit report.  They have an option to "Review Report Again".

Smallfry-  wasn't it you who said one is abusing the free credit reports? LOL.

I'm still checking mines everyday.  I will continue to until the 90 days is over. It actually been more than 90 days, but the report number is still working.  I will start using the second report number I was sent two weeks ago after the current one no longer works.

Maybe I have a free for life access to my EX report.
