Transunion Deleted my ENTIRE account. My score with them is 0.

Hi guys,

I've been on top of my credit for awhile. I disputed something with Transunion about a month ago. I got a notification that my dispute could not be finished and there was more information needed. 

So I go check my credit karma. My Transunion score is 0. ALL of my accounts, about 20 something valid and active accounts, all gone. Says they were all closed off on good terms. I essentially have no credit history with Transunion. And they are closed for Christmas, of course. Needless to say I'm freaking out bc I just got my score about where I wanted it. 

What in the world happened? I can understand if one or two accounts got deleted by mistake, but ALL of my accounts are gone. My entire credit profile.  

Is this a safety thing for fraud or did someone royally mess up?

Go to https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action  and look there. The real reports.

So I did check at the address you provided. Thank you for that. All is correct and well on that site. 

I also called Transunion, credit karma is a third party and I recently put a fraud alert due to a breach notification I was sent in the mail, so due to that they stopped reporting to credit karma. 

Odd that the other credit bureaus didn't do this also because I put a fraud alert on them all to be safe but that's okay.
