Transunion Dispute Update?

I sent off 3 letters of dispute to the various CRAs on May 8.  I spoke to Equifax two weeks ago and they said that the 30day period would be up June 11.  Well Sunday, I got an alert from Transunion for a BOA collection that we settled several years ago.  See

Improved Account An improvement to one of your accounts has appeared on your credit report.
Here are the details of this account improvement:
Reported By: TransUnion Reported On: 06/09/2007 Date Opened or Reported: 06/08/2007 Account Number: Account Balance: 0 Payment Status/Method of Payment: Current Creditor's Name: BANK OF AMERICA Industry Type: Address: 4060 OGLETOWN STAN DE5-019-03-07 NEWARK, DE 19713 Creditor's Preferred Method of Contact: Other

My Transunion scores went up even though they said that they verified it.  On the written report they sent, it said: On the cover sheet it said: Investigatins results: New information below

Pay status: Paid or paying as agreed

Remarks: Settled-less than full balance Estimated date that this item will be removed 02/2009 Date verified: 03/2002- I guess I must have disputed this before and forgot although I don't remember it.

On my previous Transunion report before I disputed this, it said:

Pay Status: Collection/chargeoff  Condition: closed(paid)  Past due:0 Balance $0 Remarks: Charged off as bad debt- canceled by credit grantor

I couldn't understand why it would be improved except to say that in the past it said

Also, my husband's BOA card which was settled I disputed as I was only an AU and it doesn't appear on my new hard copy credit report or on line.  How come they didn't send me a paper update or score increase?  I'm confused. Can I assume that even though they didn't delete it, it perhaps may have bumped up my Transunion Fico and is slightly better than collection/chargeoff?

Also, Equifax hasn't sent any updates or Experian regarding my disputes- can I assume the time expired and a few things may get deleted?
