They actually deleted an old finance account for me......six months early! 

They updated my JCP account (last was Jan)

Did not update the BofA account (last was Jan).....what's up with that????

This account is PIF!  Still showing a $363 balance of $2000 cl.

I would contact BofA regarding the PIF account. Just don't make it sound like you're disputing the account itself, or they might remove the entire TL. In fact, I would go through a supervisor over there, since many first-tier employees really aren't trained in how to handle credit report related issues.
