I have had 7 inquires fall off my TU file the past month. 2 came back on last week, but then were removed again today. Has anyone else had this happen?
The inquires that fell off are only 4-6 months old

Was there an impact on your score? If my inquiries falls off I will personally send TU a Xmas card ha!
I have 23 Inquires, so a few here and there only cause a couple point swing.
Shhhhhh
There's a thread around here somewhere about this. Apparently a ton of people saw the vanishing / reappearing INQ thing with TU.
Same thing here, however they haven't reappeared. I've had 6 fall off from the end of July. I thought it was weird but hey, I'm not going to call them up & ask why either! ![]()
If they are more than a year old, they are no longer being counted in scoring, sot the only effect would be questions upon a manual review.
Credit inquiries number in the millions per month. It would not be too surprising if programming caused a few glitches here and there regarding their date of removal.
The two-year removal policy is purely admiinistrative on the part of the CRAs, and thus raises no staturtory exclusion issues such as with late exclusion of derogs.
The CRAs are thus not in any violation if they are included or reinserted past the two year mark. It is background noise.
