On 11/11/2020 I submitted a dispute for a Citibank charge off. It was placed as a charge off due to unpaid fraudulent charges that were never properly handled by Citi.
On 11/24 transunion informed me they finished the investigation and this was the results provided

Have you checked your TU cr at annualcreditreport.com? May have updated results there, gl!
What source are you using for your TU report? I would suggest WalletHub if you're not already using it, as you get daily updates at 6am to your TU report. This way you'd see the day (or day after) it gets deleted.
In the meantime, I'd send of a copy of that deletion notice to TU with a letter asking them to perform the delete again. In the meantime once you send that off I'd suggest calling them every day once you check WH and see that it isn't gone yet. While they say these things can take X number of days, it really is instant for the most part once they make the correction on their end. It sounds to me like they've simply dragged their feet, so just continue giving them a kick in the rear until you see your report look correct.
I'm using the Transunion website. Made sure it was showing an up to date report.
