Transunion told me that they were granting an early exclusion on an account last week but it still shows up. I called back yesterday to tell them that I obtained a report directly from transunion and it is still on there. 3 reps said it is not. 1 rep said no and then kept looking and then she said yes it is still there and we cannot delete. That's when I got transferred to a supervisor and she said it is not there but I have open disputes so I need to wait until they are completed. I told her that I needed all disputes and removed the comments. She transferred me to the 3rd rep that said he apologized for the incorrect info but I have no disputes and the account was deleted already. Why can I still see it but they cannot? And why did that 1 rep say it's gone and then said she sees it.
