I pay $19.95 a month.  Yes it is more then TC but the interface is some much easier to read.  Also the details of the accounts have more information.  Plus I can pull the report as much as I would like, even if it hasn't been 24 hours yet.  You do get all three CRs and FAKO scores.  It is actually ran by EX.

Anyone else use CreditCheckTotal?

Thanks for the Info niceman !!   I'll check it out..

Niceman,

Just checked out the website, and they are listing $29.95 mo.  Where do you get your pricing from???  Special Membership required for that price???

Nope....not sure why the website is showing that.  I only have had it for about 2 months now.  Hard to believe the prices has gone up that much in that little bit of time.

Re: True Credit

The problem persists. :-(

Still getting the "contact customer service team" message.

I noticed that they changed the website a few days ago. For example, when you look at the scores, a date appears underneath, indicating the last date you updated.

Perhaps all their tweaking has caused these problems? I'm starting to think that those of us who received the message about contacting customer service are stuck in the queue.

Back when I did software maintenance, once in a while I'd get a call from an employee who couldn't get into a specific file no matter what she did. Usually, it was a file that had been open at the time I did an update or change on the software program. The file would just get caught in "limbo."

I'd have to go into the software and individually release the file at the supervisor level because it was stuck in the queue. There was no other way to free it up. I'm starting to think that's what's happened to those of us who keep bouncing back to "call customer service." We were probably accessing our updates just at the moment that TC was updating the software.

If this is so, no amount of waiting is going to release the file and we're just going to have to call them and get manually released.

Re: True Credit

I'm able to login now but not able to update my report. I updated at 10:25am EDT yesterday and it is telling me that I've updated in the past 24 hours - I haven't! So annoying.

Re: True Credit

It's working for me now. I called in again today. I explained the situation to the CSR and said either fix it or give me my money back. She was quiet for a minute and then told me to try logging in. It logged right in and then she had me update to make sure there were no problems with it. Everything is working fine, although it is a little slower than usual.
