Are Truecredit alerts lagging?

They keep sending me alerts about a new collection acct but as far as I know this acct has been on my CR for months.

Why is it doing this?

My alerts are delayed by a week. Did you dispute anything?

I disputed some accounts before I signed up for truecredit but not this acct that keeps being alerted.

Is the account changing at all? Dates? Amt due? Lates?

With TU I never receive any EX alerts

Actually, it was updated. The reporting date changed. Hmmmm. I sent a dv letter to the CA and they never responded but they keep updating my CR and sending me letters.

What should I do? It is for a large amt that I can't afford to pay right now.

I'd wait until SOL expires.
