TrueCredit - How do you update scores/report???

I purchased the unlimited, 3 report product, but I don't see anywhere on the site to 'update' the current score.  It just shows the score from the initial day that I purchased the item.

AND I can't seem to find a contact 'customer service' number to call and ask.

Thanks!

Go to the pages with either your scores or your reports. Look over on the right, beyond the vertical line. About a third of the way down, you will see a category called "related items." Under that is a link that says "update score." Click that and follow along. If you are trying to update within 24 hours from your last update, it will blow you off. Otherwise, it makes sad noises at you, but ignore them and click yes, I really do want my update.

Cheer up, I had to call Mumbai to find the link. It's probably not a good sign that they hide it so well. On the other hand, they haven't thrown me off yet, so there you go.

lol

Ok, maybe I didn't sign up for the right product, because under related links all I see is:

I really hate TC.  I've looked all over to 'upgrade' so that I DO have the product that updates scores, and I can't seem to find that either.

Uggh, thanks! Smiley Happy

They already billed my CC 14.95, but maybe it was just a one time deal.

That sounds like the right one.  The "update report" link doesn't appear on all pages.  Try going to your credit score link.  You should see it on that page as well -- on the right about half-way down the page.  Also, for me, it takes forever for things to happen on that site.  I can click on the update report and not have any response from the page for 2-3 minutes.  I'm not sure what that's about. It's the only site I have that issue with.

Very annoying site, but I can't live without scouring my report anymore... very sad and kind of sick (but I know I'm among compatriots)
