TrueCredit Users' Accounts Terminated for "Excessive Use?"

This issue is being discussed in multiple forums, so I figured I would give it a sticky here. If you have a TrueCredit account that was terminated with notification that you did too many score pulls, please post your experiences here.

It seems that for some people the "Soft pulls" that you do on you credit report using services like True Credit cause legitimate "hard" inquiry's to disappear.

I'm hating this...

I am STILL waiting for my first 30 days to pass with CS (Only one pull for month #1) and now with my TC subscription terminated, all I have is EX to look at... Smiley Sad

3 new accounts popped on in the last two weeks and a couple more are still to come... What's worse is that it was NEVER my intention to create problems for TU...

I went to TrueCredit's site and read the terms of use and I'm no lawyer, but from what I interpret from the following section, they did not hold up to their end of the bargain, since there was no posting of the modification before the modification took effect.

This is directly from their policy under the "Term and Termination; Modification "
TrueCredit may (i) change the terms of this Agreement or the feature of the membership products, or (ii) change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content or feature of the Site, restricting the hours of availability, or limiting the amount of use permitted, by posting notice of such modification on a page of the Site before the modification takes effect. All changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of such notice. If you use the Site and/or your membership after TrueCredit has notified you of a change in the Agreement you agree to be bound by all of the changes. You are expected to review the Site periodically to ensure familiarity with any posted notices of modification.

Well, what do they consider Excessive Use?  You can only pull new scores/cr every 24 hours, is that not what we are paying them for?
