TrueCredit question...

I know this is probably the wrong place for this but, does anyone know how I pull up a new credit report on True Credit? I just signed up for the $14.95 a month credit monitoring service on April 6, and all I keep seeing is the credit report from that day. How do I pull up another one?

Re: TrueCredit question...

Click "Your Credit" at the top
Under that click "Credit Reports"
When that page loads, there will be an option on the right side of the screen that says "Update Report"

Follow instructions from there.

Ohhhhhh, I see it now. Thank you so much! I wish they would put the link in a more prominent place though. Thanks again! Smiley Happy

Re: TrueCredit question...

It took me awhile to figure out how to update them as well. It almost seems like they are trying to be alittle tricky.

Re: TrueCredit question...

Believe or not, this jump in my scores came from paying down 2 subprime CCs. I have 2 First Premier cards, one with a $300 limit, and the other with a $350 limit. I made extra payments right after 3/24 and brought utilization down from 86% to about 7%. If it hadn't been for coming to this site, I never would have realized how important utilization is, even with low limit cards! Smiley Happy
