I have had nothing but problems with TU, over the last few weeks.
On the phone several times, Escalated to a Supervisor twice,..
they finally admitted to "TU having Technical Problems"
I have resorted to logging in the Free TU site;

No issues like I said.
It’s been fixed, it was down for couple of hrs but never has happened before since I started using it a year ago. It’s free and secured, a fast way to use credit lock. I recommend it to anyone.
