Tuscani?

SO, to be crystal clear...(I thought I was) if my DOFD was 10/02, then how to I proceed?  I have a JDB on the tail after several other CA's and appears that I have to go after them...I the way I see it and can prove based on my CR - they report it the FIRST time on EQ as DOFD 11/02 (I can prove I never made a payment since 9/02; the second reporting of the SAME account shows NEW as of 4/2004...

Thanks!

Have you disputed the second reporting?

Re: Tuscani?

I have several times, it seems to go unnoticed, last time I was called "frivolous".  It's just so frustrating because there seems to be a brick (literally) wall.  I circle both accounts & show it but it doesn't go anywhere.

Have all the docs but I don't know how to go after EQ legally via Small Claims

Re: Tuscani?

MOV = Method of Verification.

A request from you to the CRA to provide you with the methods they used to verify this as a valid debt. Just in case the guy forgot to actually check, and maybe made it up. If they did not acutally verify, the TL might just diappear.

Re: Tuscani?

I tried that - I was told in one report that I was frivolous, the other report told me they do not request or keep actual paperwork....however, I will try this again for both accounts.

THANK YOU!
