The basic service is a monthly pull, or you can upgrade to pull daily. It costs more.

Thanks for the reply, but when I go on the usaa website for the usaa for the premium subscription it states pulls all 3 reports but monthly do you think usaa changed the subscription status to monthly??
Originally when they offered the CMS, it was a daily pull. That changed late in 2012 to a monthly pull. What you'll see, if you decide to join, is a screen that will tell you which date your "free" pull is due. You'll have the option to also do a one-time pull for $19.95 each (I think) and an option to "Upgrade to unlimited pulls for $22.95 per month".

Thanks so much for your thread, I went onto usaa and set up an account then went to the credit monitoring and signed up for the $12.95 monitoring premium the monthly pull, but could not upgrade online, then I directly placed a call to the monitoring service and they were able to do the upgrade over the phone for the daily pulls for the $22.95 stating I should see the link tomorrow, thanks again for the advice.
Sure, my pleasure. I like the daily pulls, if only because I'm in the midst of some big changes so it's nice to see the updates frequently. Just be aware that the scores are FAKOS, and they're maybe useful for watching trends BUT the report info is a way bigger deal. Keep working on good info in the reports themselves and you should be home-free.
Good luck!

The link will show under your accounts when you log-in. They said it can take 48 hrs, but I got the link the next day.
I have the daily version. Started early last year. When they went to daily and upped the price I called threatening to cancel, they gave me daily for the same price for X amount of months. Should be about time for that to run out and I'll have to renogiate again.
Just as a side note...
I had this when it was a daily pull for $12.95 and when they switched to a monthly I was aggravated and decided to quit. I'm not going to pay $12.95 a month for a monthly pull of a FAKO score. My wife, on the other hand, didn't want to get rid of it. So I told her that when I called to cancel because the the switch to monthly they offered me a deal of half price to stay... I didn't take it, but when she called to cancel (even though she didn't really want to) they offered it to her and she took it. Now she still has it but only pays half.
This may not work if you just signed up for it, and it may not work now even if you were a member before the change. They might have only been doing this for a little while after the change...
