Ok, so it looks like USAA has been linking through EX since the score vanished a while back and I found the other score registration on their site.
This is what I get when I click on see my score: (forgive the image sizes, I'm working off my phone)
Then I get this (note the web address):
So it appears that EX has been doing the work for a while now. Now that I think about it, I was kinda surprised when I got the recent notification about the change. I thought "Isn't EX already doing it?"
So I did my own "poking around" and selected add a tile, of which one of the options is "My Credit Score".
Added that tile which says "Your credit score will be here soon" and a button for "see my score and updated plan".
Choosing this button produces the message "This content is no longer available. Please update any bookmarks."
Hmmm...

Interesting.
After I saw your post I went and checked mine again.....and i got exactly the same thing you did. First time I've seen it. I then hit the back button on my browser and it took me to the redirect page I posted above. After a few seconds it then loaded up the page with my score on it.
Appears they might be changing things this week but it's not entirely in working order yet.
Just checked mine and it worked perfectly with no hiccups.
I am still getting the same failed results...
Strange that it works for others and not me but as indicated, probably just work in progress as the tile itself indicates my score will appear there soon without having to click the button.
Like so many things, will just have to be patient I guess.

I get the exact same thing.
You guys may be on to something.
I can retrieve my score, as I am directed to an "external" USAA related webite:
https://usaa2.experiandirect.com/dashboard
BUT when my wife tries to check her score, she gets the same error message as you guys do. So something is not setup correctly for you guys. It seems to me that USAA is in bed with this experian website:
Try to create a profile there, and see if that works for you guys. I am about to do the same for my wife.
Mods, I hope my links are allowed, and I apologize if they are not.
****EDIT*****
STILL DOES NOT WORK FOR MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT.
I figure it has something to do with USAA members that had the "tile" or feature already enabled before it shifted into this "transition" period so adding it right now creates the error for those that did not have "creditcheck" enabled prior to their shifting gears on how they are supporting the "creditcheck" product.
I have a sub to Experian but may forego that once it becomes active again with the USAA relationship.
Appreciate the data points and the feedback from fellow USAA members.
OmarR thanks for seeking the EQ or EX credit information site! Seems many of us are left in never never land. Already have a paid relationship with EX but I used to run through USAA. Again, they flounder! Sad about this
Oh, almost forgot ... did contact USAA on the credit reporting challenges and they were as uninformed/lost as I was?!
