My wife cannot seem to pull her credit reports. We've tried annualcreditreport.com, freecreditreport.com and creditchecktotal.com be every time they say that they are unable to provide her reports. We are able to view TU via Credit Karma but that is all. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how can we obtain her credit reports via alternative method?

Has your wife had credit for at least 6 months? FICO seems to generate their reports/scores after a minimum 6 months of credit history. It could also be an issue of not being able to verify her identity. Either way, it should be an easy fix by calling the CRA directly.
Yes she has 15+ years of credit history.
I just called the credit report companies, went through their phone menu and depending on what it says, either declined credit and you are due a report (when you get to the operator just tell them you are having trouble accessing your free report) or they have an area that directly says its to request a free report.
I had to do that with equifax, no matter what I did it would not work but I called them and they sent me one in the mail and also unlocked it to an online account for me to view.
If you use sesama, karma or quizzle and it fails and you get stuck with the Oops there was a problem, just create account with a new email address and you can try again. (i kept failing quizzle, it worked on the 3rd account I made dunno why it kept failing)
I get alot of security questions that are none of the above, answering none of the above for 4 questions always makes me fail the security test but ive never taken a home loan out so dont know how else to answer but none of the above =/ Just give em a call and request your freebie over the phone, the print out I got from equifax was much nicer layed out and more info than the freebie report I got online.
*edit*
Are you waiting the 1-4 days for freecreditreport.com to send you the email saying that its ready and you can login to view?
Call the CRA's direct. Annualcreditreport directs you to each of the CRA's and you should have received some sort of message and contact info when their sites indicated that they could not pull the reports. You'll need to sort out whatever issue is at hand directly with them. We could speculate all day on what the issue might be and not determine your specific problem.
