I pulled my truecredit reports to check the status of some items on Equifax that I had disputed and noticed they were gone. I come to myfico to get my score and was unable to do so. I call Equifax and they have a security lock on my account because they say some documents don't match but wont tell me what documents. They want my DL and SS card copies faxed to them before they will lift the freeze. Can they do that? I did not request it and told them very bluntly that I did not request it and they refuse to say what it is that didn't match.
