I would send the schedule which shows that the judgment was included and then the papers showing that the BK was discharged.  That should do it.Smiley Happy

If the company closed it's doors in August and they said they served in September than you may have grounds to get it vacated for improper service.  But as masc. suggested call the court it was processed in and get all of your ducks in a row.

The problem with this approach (and yes, I know I suggested it) is that often the clerks (a) don't know the answer or (b) refuse to give it on the basis that they would be giving legal advice if they told you.
