I have the myFICO 3 bureau monitoring service, and I was told today that there is an account on my Transunion report with an $80 balance. What's even weirder is this account doesn't have a name, it's just called "Bankcard." And I just went and got my credit report directly from Transunion, this account is not there. Does anyone know what's going on here?
Hi - your experience is somewhat similar to mine... something strange is definitely going on.. I wonder if TU or myfico were hacked?
When you pulled your credit report from TU and MY FICO did you used the same name, address and SSN? Also, what was the time lapsed between the tow pulls?

Hi grdnwng - I think this mystery's been solved - a myfico rep told me that TU just reported ALL revolving card balances as one single entry and called it 'Bankcard'. It's stupid, IMHO. However at least now we know what it is
