I don't know what your beef is with them, but you might want to file complaints with the Attorney General's office (in their state of incorporation and your state of residence) and with the FTC.
The BBB is used when you want to check out a company before you patronize them. For example, if you are interested in a new hair salon and want to know if there were any consumer complaints filed against them. I don't think anyone chooses the CAs they deal with ... it's the other way around ...
