Update on Calvary

  Well, of course, they are refusing to even respond to me now.  However, they did finally report to the CRAs correctly after the first CMRRR and two emails sent to the address for T Tipton on their website.  But I'm not giving up on deletion yet.  Just sent my BBB complaint in.  Copied off everything I've sent them and the BBB complaint which I will send CMRRR tomorrow.  Even copied off their website where they state "Calvary Portfolio Services, LLC works with you, not against you."  See if that might trigger their attention.

I don't know what your beef is with them, but you might want to file complaints with the Attorney General's office (in their state of incorporation and your state of residence) and with the FTC.

The BBB is used when you want to check out a company before you patronize them.  For example, if you are interested in a new hair salon and want to know if there were any consumer complaints filed against them.  I don't think anyone chooses the CAs they deal with ... it's the other way around ...
