Update to DH's credit not mine, why?

I was an authorized user on my dh's Shell gas card.  He had a couple of lates, sent gw letter and citibank said that they would delete. However, when I check my reports, it is still showing the lates on mine so I called Citi and was told that I was just an au and that my credit would not get updated only his and that I should just dispute with CRA's as not mine.  I have done that and it keeps coming back as updated.  Do I need to dispute again?

Did I post in the right thread or no? 

This is 3rd post and no one responds, am I blacklisted or what?

I would dispute again...Also I thought that au's were not responsible for the accounts because they arent the primary card holders just a user..So how did that get on there anyway? Seems to me if your dh has got an update of change then so should you..

Thanks for responding, scared for a minute that I was asking dumb questions or something.

I think its crazy that I should have to dispute though since they know that I am an authorized user on the card.  It is reporting on my cr's as well, so wouldn't it automatically update me or only if I was a joint user?

The fact that the CRA'S had it showing on your report in the first place being a AU is ironic to me..

Every account that I am an AU on with him shows everything, lates, ontime payments, overlimit, whatever and I get dinged for it too.
