What's the best way to get my current address updated on each CRA?
I was renting a property for last several years after selling my home but recently remarried and now reside at a different address since March 2019.
I haven't applied for anything while living at the new address as I use my PO Box for all my mail.
However, I will be in the future but when running prequals and such I have to use my old address for it verify and find me for SP.
Should I just write a simple letter to each CRA and enclose a copy of my current Drivers license with the new address?
I've found in the past anything related to addresses or personal information cannot be submitted online and I am not disputing anything just need to update my current address.
Hello!
I am sure you have other credit accounts already reporting the old address monthly? If so, the easiest way is to update with the creditors/banks and they will update your new address in their next reporting and the CRAs will automatically do the needful. Your new address should be reported by the next statement cycle.
Having changed addresses 3 times in the last 30months, I can tell you that writing directly to the CRAs can create unnecessary headaches, especially with EQ. Just my 2 cents. I hope this helps.

No I don't have any accounts reporting the old address that I am aware of.
If I did I would have expected my new address to have been reported by now after 6 months.
I think the address what few lenders I do have reporting are giving is my PO Box address.
Thus the reason for my question...

It is still the same process.
Just update the address you have on those accounts and they will report the update to the CRAs. actually, you can go directly to the CRAs( I did that the first time and it dragged out for several weeks. EQ kept requesting the same docs over and over again) or you can simply allow the banks to report it. The most convenient way.
I know it might sound sad but for the CRA's you are not the customer but the product. The way to do updates with them is to have a customer report the new address. Their customer is your lender so update at the lender and the CRA will also get the new address.
P.S. P.O. Box's have no real rights in regulated industries like banking. You should never have gotten a Prequal.
