Validation Response from Arrow (opinions needed)

I requested validation from Arrow (within the 30 day period) and this is the response I got back within a week of them signing for my request:

"We have received your request for validation regarding the above referenced account.  Pursuant to FDCPA 15 U.S.C. section 1692, we must mail verification of this debt to you before we take any further steps to collect this debt.  Thus, if we choose to engage in further collection activity , we will first mail to you at the above address verification of this debt.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you in this matter.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at (phone number)."

Okay so what do you make of this? They are not currently reporting this to the cras. The oc no longer has info on this debt, so do you think I can breathe a little about this one (that is, until they sell it to some other ca)?

Perfect-
They can not do anything with this until they Validate the account.

Stick it in your files so it will be handy if/ when the CA sells it to the next flock of vultures!

Done. I placed in the file with their original dunning letter, a copy of my validation request, the receipt from the post of with the return receipt and certification info on it and the green card showing they signed for it!  I will keep this info with my Bible!!!

This is why the average size of American houses keeps going up. You almost have to have a separate room to house all this junk...
