So both my husband and I have weird verification questions to get into our EQ reports. They do not in anyway reflect what's in our credit history. (We don't have much of a credit history). So my only choice is to answer "Does not apply" to each question, which gave us the "you didn't not match our records" notice. I do have a hard copy of our EQ reports, and the information I put in is exactly how it appears, so I don't understand. Because of this we are not able to get the reports online which is annoying. I've Calle them several times and asked why and they have no answer. Also not able to get reports on sites like credit check total. Only sites we can view scores at our CK and experian, and via our creditwise for new cap one cards....and I'm not sure how accurate these are.
The reports here also do not generate stating we have not had active cards for six months, which is true for me, however my husbands oldest account is open and ten years old (although not used in a long time).
Anyone had this problem with incorrect verification questions and not being able to access EQ?
Are reports are not locked..
When I pull my 3 reports from annualcreditreport.com it does the same to me with Equifax.
I can access TU & EX- I know for certain I answered everything correctly..
I think it might be related to their hack.. Perhaps they're being overly strict after millions of people had their info compromised..
I ordered mine via snail mail without a problem.
It's very irritating because it says I have responses to a dispute and won't even let me view them, even with a dispute number.

Unfrtunately calling them wasn't any more of a help. I was just cut off by their "rep" and was told to mail them in documents. Representative refused to send me to a supervisor as well so I am stuck with no Equifax report.

what documents are requesting? It's confusing because they are asking security questions about my credit report, which they have in hand lol...I'm not sure what ekes they would need...
They wanted copy of Social Security Card and Copy of Driver's License to prove identity. They mailed me back telling me they couldn't even find a report. I have been unable to get the actual equifax report from anywhere. It seems as if it's non-existent.
Equifax drives me nuts. I had one dispute, it was removed however I was not able to view anything after the initial dispute, no results. Keeps saying it can't verify my info, even though it is correct. I then faxed my social and drivers license, still can't get in. Let's hope I don't have to dispute in the future . This also happen when I disputed something on my daughters, can't verify, could never view results. Funny though if I want to buy a new report they will let that happen.
Beyond frustrating.
I am in the same situation. Its very frustrating. I was able to create a dispute, received a 10 digit verification number so they know who I am. Then they sent me an e-mail saying I can review the results, but truly cannot! I understand their strict security procedures but there is truly something wrong with it, and I would like to be able to get a real score regularly from them as I am able to do with the other to CRAs.
