Verizon Collection Popped back up

I had a collection on all 3 CR from Verizon for $128.  The CA was NCO.  I disputed them every month for several months and they eventually all came off.  Now the same account has shown back up on all the reports from AFNI, CA.  Is there anything I can do other than start all over with disputes?.  The account is scheduled to be removed in 2012.

If you have past credit reports that show the item on your credit report and then a report that shows it taken off, you can write NCO a letter and send them copies of that. They can not add something back to your credit file unless they notify you. If they don't take it off, file a small claims case against NCO, you will see how soon they delete it again. Trust me. I dealt with them 4 months ago.

I did cancel Verizon phone service around that time but, I honestly don't remember not paying a bill.
