I went to credit karma to check my score and equifax has the same bill listed twice from verizon. Only thing different is the report date May 18 2015 and Aug 01, 2014. This caused a 35 point drop. This isn't right, they can do that I believe. What can I do? The bill is for $292 for fios

When is the last time you pulled your free reports from annualcreditreport.com?
They should have all the accurate information you need.
Did this to me to! I ordered the trial period and paid for it up front. I never cancelled cable. Well, I hated Fios. Most definitely no difference in internet speed. And the price was higher since my HOA"S pay the minimum on my cable bill. This was 2 yrs ago. Never got another bill from them so I thought all was great. Said they would send someone out to get the equipment. Never did. I finally took it back to a Verizon store myself. Then I checked my scores & found Verizon on there for $67.00!!! I disputed it, got absolutely nowhere. All 3 times. Called Consumer Affairs for this type of thing. Explained the whole thing to them. They did a report. Took them about 2 months. And yes, Verizon is gone! If it doesn't belong on your report, they will make sure it isn't!
FIOS would only appear on your report(s) for derogs. It's something you'll have to sort out with Verizon and the CRA(s). Were you only late once?
This is an old verizon fios bill that they kept charging me n I wasn't using the services no more. They can't put two entries on my credit report as the same thing is what gets me mad! I email the collection agency, hopefully they take my pfd offer

While Verizon themselves cannot report the same account twice, they can report as the OC, the CA can report as well and if you were to be sued and they get a successful judgment the PR could also report.
