View TU dispute...

I disputed a few things yesterday on my TU report.

Some past address mistakes.

Some phone numbers not associated with me.

And one derogatory past the 7 year limit.

I checked online this morning and was surprised to see it said 3 of 3 complete.

It also said ''Not Viewed'.

And the instructions say to hit the view button under the complete column to see the results.

The problem is there is no clickable button anywhere on the page....and I have logged out and in several times to see if I can find it.

Is this a glitch ? ....or has anyone seen it before ?

Or do I need to use a different browser ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Problem solved.

Had to use a laptop to click on the view link.

For some reason the Chrome browser ( definitely compatible with TU page) did not work properly with both phone and tablet.

It showed the view link on both but it would not respond to a screen touch.

I hope this helps whoever else who might experience this issue.

Oh....and they deleted all items.

Every report is clean as a whistle again.

Instant 24 pt jump on TU.
