WF Propel closing statement is reported when?

When does Wells Fargo report balances to the credit bureaus? on the closing statement due? or first or last of the mouth?

and which balance do they report? closing statement balance or current balance from date reported?

I have WF Rewards Visa Signature. They report my balance on the statement close date, which for me is the 9th if each month.
