WHEDA reporting

Does anyone in Wisconsin know if it's normal for WHEDA to only report to TU?  My mortgage was transferred in June and only TU shows the new holder, WHEDA.  Never had any issues with the old holder.  It seems strange, that TU is my lowest score and is the only one showing a current mortgage.

Thanks Byrdman, I'll send them a note.  We must be the only Wisconsinites here. Smiley Happy

Re: WHEDA reporting

I hope not. We can be of very much help to one another (CCs to apply for, who the CCC pulled, good local CUs, etc.) GL 2 ya.

Re: WHEDA reporting

Hey WiWend. Congrats on the new CL. What are the details? They sent me a pre-approval for up to $30,000. Not gonna try that one for awhile. My TU scores are horrible.

Re: WHEDA reporting

It's only for $1,000, but it's MyPoints, which I love, and will be much, much better than my Sears rewards card,  ($10,600 CL) which is the one I've had forever. Sears is hitting the sock drawer, and MyPoints will be used and PIF monthly to raise the CL. I'm not home, don't have the info in front of me, but will let you know the rest of the gory details when I get back on, probably tomorrow.

Re: WHEDA reporting

Hey wiwend.  Glad to see another cheese head here.

I got an e-mail back from WHEDA today.  They report only to TU and another company called Innovis.  Not sure how popular Innivis is, but a copy of my Innovis credit report costs $10.  I'm glad my other mortgages show on EX and EQ.

Re: WHEDA reporting

Innovis is a smaller CRA. Don't know how important they are going to be in the future. Shoot, it's hard enough keeping up with the inaccuracies on the big 3.
