Hi Everyone! I just had to share my GREAT news. I was approved for my mortgage in April but I haven't been able to find anything in my price range. At the time my FICO's were:
EX - 650
EQ- 632
TU - 597
Well I found a house yesterday and I called my mortgage rep and she said she had to rerun my credit. Today my scores are (DRUM ROLL PLEASE!):
EX - 688
EQ - 699
TU - 697
I AM SO EXCITED I COULD JUST CRY!!!
I've had to make some sacrifices but it has DEFINITELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT, been worth it!!!
